Clear rules for using Monarch Leak, protecting your account, and managing VIP purchases.
1. Acceptance of Terms Using Monarch Leak means accepting these terms and the laws that apply to you.
By accessing Monarch Leak, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the website or its services.
2. Use License Resources may only be used when the creator or license holder permits it.
You may use downloadable resources only when you have permission from the relevant creator or license holder. Monarch Leak does not grant rights owned by third parties. You must respect all applicable licenses, platform rules, and intellectual property rights.
3. Account Security Keep your Discord-linked account and active sessions private and secure.
Access requires a verified Discord account. You must remain a member of the official Discord server to maintain active access. Sharing sessions, transferring access, or attempting to bypass authentication and security controls may result in suspension or a permanent ban.
4. VIP Billing Monthly VIP renews automatically; Lifetime VIP is a single payment.
VIP Monthly is a recurring subscription billed each month until cancelled. VIP Lifetime is a single payment for access while the service remains available. Stripe displays the final price, currency, and any applicable taxes before you confirm payment.
5. Cancellation Monthly subscriptions can be managed securely through the Stripe portal.
You can manage or cancel a monthly subscription through the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
6. Refunds and Legal Rights Refund requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law.
Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact official Monarch Leak support for billing assistance.
7. Service Availability Features may change when required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but paid access records remain linked to the account used at checkout.
