1. Information We Collect

We collect your Discord ID, username, email address, avatar, IP address, and browser User Agent to provide secure access, verify server membership, and monitor for malicious behavior. For VIP purchases we also store Stripe customer, checkout, payment, and subscription identifiers, purchase status, plan, amount, currency, and access expiry.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used for: authentication, maintaining server access checks, processing payments via Stripe, and protecting our server from DDoS/abuse.

3. Third Parties

Stripe processes checkout, card details, billing information, fraud checks, invoices, and subscription management under its own privacy terms. Monarch Leak does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. We do not sell payment information.

4. Retention and Security

Payment references are retained as needed to provide VIP access, resolve disputes, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations. Access to payment configuration is restricted and Stripe webhook messages are cryptographically verified.
